How long is a red light therapy session?

Red light therapy sessions are 20 minutes of time under the light. That means that you can get all the benefits this offers, and your total visit time will be less than 30 minutes!

Is it hot under the lights?

The lights create a warm feeling, but we wouldn't call it hot. Clients find it soothing, comforting, and relaxing.

What should I wear?

We suggest you wear something comfortable. You will have the locked room to yourself and most clients choose to have the red light hitting about the same amount of skin as the sun would if you were at the beach.

Are these lights like the ones at skin clinics or large gyms?

While we wouldn't say we know about every single light out there, we can confirm that the lights we use are specifically designed for cognitive, health, and anti-inflammatory benefits. Some of the lights in other locations are not specifically made for this purpose.

How often do I need to do a red light session to get benefits?

One of the great things about red light therapy is every session has direct benefits. That means one is better than none! Most people feel different immediately after each session. The research tells us that repeated sessions provides the kind of results we all want - injury recovery, more energy, enhanced cognition, better mood, etc. Many people find that a couple of sessions a week provides these benefits very quickly - often 2 or 3 weeks.
