Perfect for those seeking to maintain and enhance their cognitive abilities, energy, and sleep as they age, NeuroThrive provides a structured schedule with three SynapFit™ sessions per week for the first 8 weeks, followed by two sessions per week for the next 4 weeks. The program includes four detailed brain fitness reports, ensuring personalized support and progress tracking. NeuroThrive is suitable for adults of all ages and requires no prior exercise experience.

It is crucial to prioritize brain health proactively, just like any other organ, to ensure optimal function and well-being.
You'll be lightly moving during your SynapFit™️ sessions. We recommend you wear comfortable clothing that's easy to move in, and you don't need special or athletic footwear. Pants and longsleeves are fine, but we would recommend not wearing tight fitting clothing like jeans or button up shirts, for example.
SynapFit™️ sessions combine bioaccelerating technology and movement to improve brain fitness. The sessions are tailored to your mobility and health. You are in a seated position during this time. The experience is personalized, and private, with your Brain Fitness Coach guiding you through the session. However, it is not a workout, or personal training – the goal is not to get worn out, or to push yourself hard. Mindeo's bioaccelerating equipment does the hard work for you.
It is easy to get started with a SynapFit™️ intro session. This gives you a chance to get familiar with the session and experience how it feels.
