The NeuroCoach 4-Step Approach to Cognitive Wellbeing
This comprehensive at-home online program supports you in enhancing your brain health and mental sharpness through personalized coaching and expert guidance.
Step One
We start with a free phone consultation to understand where you're at, and what you are looking for. If it is a good fit, we schedule a time that suits you for your Cognitive Wellbeing Evaluation.
Step Two
We meet and do your comprehensive Cognitive Wellbeing Evaluation, in the comfort of your own home. Together in a video call online, we'll assess 14 crucial lifestyle areas that impact brain health, including nutrition, sleep, and physical health.
You’ll also complete a Cognitive Assessment that gives you crucial information about your baseline in memory, attention, and processing speed. Additionally, you'll receive a tailored, personalized roadmap and expert education to guide your journey to cognitive vitality.
Step Three
We get together once every 2 weeks, five times. Each of your personal sessions is one to one with your Coach, evidence-based, achievable, and designed to fit seamlessly into your life, empower you to take control of your future cognitive health with confidence.
Step Four
At the conclusion of your program, we get together for a comprehensive re-evaluation of your lifestyle and how you’ve improved risk factors and taken proactive steps to keeping your brain healthy, plus creation of a plan for what to focus on in the future.
