Do 5 sessions over 2 weeks, to experience it hands-on, and have the biggest impact for the least time and effort:
- Do 20-minute low-impact exercise sessions oscillating higher and lower effort (this oscillation is best for the brain).
- Ensure you are comfortable the whole time, not pushing too hard - ideally have a coach personally guide you (you don't get the best benefits if you get exhausted, or sore after).
